Pain In The Neck Resolved With Mini-meds!

You're sitting at the computer all day, working without hardly a break because you have an important assignment that just has to be finished today.
All of a sudden you feel a sharp pain, or maybe just a slight burning sensation in your neck or upper shoulders.
This is from muscle fibers being torn. Not a big tear, but small micro-tears that if allowed to build up over time, cause restrictions in movement and other uncomfortable complications.
There is a way to minimize the effect this will have on you. You can try doing a mini-meditation.
A Mini-Meditation does not require any special equipment, expensive Gurus or a private room or Temple. All it needs is about 20 seconds of your time, which is how long it takes for you to take 3 deep slow breathes and allow your shoulders to relax.
That's all there is to it!
By breathing deep, you bring needed oxygen to the body. By relaxing your muscles, you are allowing the oxygen to get to the muscles and especially to the ones that are burning or hurting. Sometimes the pain you feel is because the muscle cells are not getting enough oxygen and are dying.
You can do this as many times a day as possible. Takes 3 deep breathes for your health!
